Annie Bobbitt

Before joining our LBO family in 2021, Annie founded and flourished multiple businesses in her time as an entrepreneur. She brings a vast knowledge of business operations and is a master of all things payroll, bookkeeping, communications, licensing, and all general day-to-day management. Annie keeps LBO’s back office flowing so LBO can keep our clients' back offices flowing!

Annie has a rich background in entrepreneurship and operational leadership. Before her role at LBO, she successfully founded and built Full Out Studios, a competitive cheer and dance studio with over 1,000 students and 25 employees, for nearly a decade. If she can handle “dance moms,” she can handle lawyers! Annie has an upbeat, confident, and positive attitude towards every person, task, and obstacle. She is a problem solver and settles for nothing less than the best. Annie’s exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that every aspect of business operations runs smoothly. Her strong communication abilities foster effective collaboration and clear, concise interactions with team members and clients alike. You can also find her leading recruiting campaigns for our clients!

A Saint Louis native, Annie's love for travel led her to establish Talk About Travel Group, a thriving travel agency with clients across the United States. Her passion for travel introduced her to LBO when in 2019 her agency planned our yearly retreat, Beyond 3L, in the Caribbean. She is now our resident travel expert as well!

When outside of work, Annie spends her time with family, friends, and neighbors. She remains involved in the cheer industry through her daughter, who inherited Annie's passion for the sport.
