Heather Cirre

Heather brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and project management skills to the Legal Back Office team. Her work in corporate training and mentorship shines through in her communication style and attention to our clients' complex business needs. With over 24 years of management experience in the construction industry as a buildings project manager, with a diverse portfolio including projects such as hospitals, schools, high-rise apartments, airports, hotels, and convention centers. Her expertise extends to developing and delivering training programs nationwide, covering topics ranging from financial projections, contracts negotiation, and risk management to proposal writing and sustainability/LEED accreditation.  She is known for her proactive approach to problem-solving, her ability to streamline processes, and her dedication to delivering high-quality results.

In her previous role, Heather managed regional contracts for a prominent construction firm in St. Louis, and her most recent position involved creating and overseeing the small business contracting plan for the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency project in north St. Louis.

Originally from Kentucky, Heather has also lived in Virginia, Florence (Italy), and San Diego before settling in Chicago for 13 years, followed by her move to St. Louis in 2012. She currently resides in the Central West End with her two elementary-aged boys and three cats in a charming 1904 home that demands plenty of love and attention.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, yoga, cooking, taking improv classes, learning to play the guitar, and honing her death-defying snowmobile jumping skills.
